British pop-star Lily Allen is returning to the scene after retiring to focus on her family and her clothing line with a new album and a new professional name. She will be heading into the studio in the coming months to record her long awaited third album under her married name Lily Rose Cooper. Cooper is also expecting her second child sometime around the holiday.
